Roof repairs and maintenance are meant to prevent further damage. Replacements are required when repairs are no longer cutting it. If your roof is visibly sagging, over 25, or actively leaking, an investigation is necessary at minimum. A partial repair may be suitable to reinstate your roof, but a complete replacement is a possibility too.
